🔒 Closed Lg g4 sprint problem on mobile data / rqst help

I have a lg g4 came from u.s. its a sprint but opened line it at moa. The problem is that once mobile data is enabled, the txt and call can no longer be used or totally blocked and remaining service is only LTE or mobile data. It can only be back if the unit itself will be reset or factory reset. The question is.. Is there any software or program to totally fix this problem.? I already tried to reconfigure or manually activate the globe apn setting...yes it works but sometimes and or i may say frequently it doesn't work, coz the unit automatically sets its limit and i cant do nothing to reset the data limit coz the unit itself doesnt have data reset. I guess its better to destroy this unit. Anyway, im new here.. And i want to learn professionaly in this field of technology. Thanks.

Did you ever "Debrand your Phone?" , if you know flash a firmware on it.

To update modem firmware but also the openline will stay there.
