This also did happen to me along time ago, all of the connections are KIA. It doesn't connect how much i CDC the hell out of it. But finally it reaches to some people xD.

Yeah that's the point..Some people will say Katay na kasi not working na sa area. But that doesn't mean na dead na talaga kasi working pa naman sa ibang area. So hindi rin natin masasabi na maintenence lang kasi as per experience na kahit tapos na ang maintenance hindi pa rin working..So saying Katay na is just appropriate word to use. And it means not working in his area or either sa lahat eventually. Ito sabi ko lage, iba-iba freenet experience natin.
