🔒 Closed Help! cant send message to 8080 (globe sim)

Cant send message to 8080 (Promos, Status, etc). always FAILED
But can call and text other numbers, can receive also any text and call from others.
Sa 8080 lang talaga hindi nakakasend ng message. please help. hindi makaregister any promos palaging FAILED.
