🔒 Closed Openvpn file for new bug host

Greetings to all members. I have recently discovered a new bug host and I was wondering how I could create a working .ovpn file because when I use Psiphon Handlers the connection seems to be slow [20-50kbs]

I used the host's IPas a remote proxy server but instead I got a status 302 error.

Your suggestions will be much appreciated.
