• Yes! Pooling points is allowed through the points transfer system. Please visit Globe stores or dial the hotline to learn more about how points can be transferred or pooled.

How come I could not transfer points to another mobile number?
Please make sure that you:

• Text the correct syntax for sharing.
  • Text SHARE 10-digit mobile number of your friend no. of points to 4438. P1/transaction will be charged to the sender.
  • To share points with activated PIN: Text SHARE 10-digit mobile number of your friend no. of points PIN to 4438. P1/transaction will be charged to the sender.
• Have at least P1 balance for the transfer transaction.
• Have not opted-out of the program.
  • Text YES to 4438 to opt-in MyRewards MyGlobe.
• Have sufficient points to transfer.
  • Text BAL to 4438 to check available points. P1/transaction.
• Have not reached the maximum number of transactions allowed for the day (5 transactions per day max.) You may share points again the next day. P1/transaction will be charged to the sender.

There are cases that MyRewards. MyGlobe. is unavailable due to system maintenance and upgrade. When this happens, call 211 and our Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you.
