I'd been waiting my whole life; waiting for a change, a turning point, for me to stop being lost. Getting used to life didn't make it any less difficult. Accepting the truth of the fact that it is didn't make the world seem brighter.
You did. The world seemed brighter when you were here. You made me laugh when I thought I couldn't. You made me smile when I thought it was all I could do not to cry. Now you're gone, and the sad thing about it is that I swear I can feel you next to me, and that I keep hearing your voice, but all thats really left is a remnant of your memory over me.
I found you and I lost you. It wasn't the time that mattered anyway. I was waiting my whole life, but I'm not waiting anymore.:-(
