go to computer-manage-disk mangement-USB drive
right click to drive -change volume -format (uncheck quick format)
after formatting go to drive location then format it again quickly done

HOW TO FORMAT WINDOWS XP/7/8/8.1/10
-YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING-
-Windows set up
-Windows O.S
turn off computer/laptop
insert disc/or bootable disk drive
(before anything else press f1 or delete to Bios option choose Bios priority to USB or CD/DVD then restart)
press common keys (F8) while booting (automatically windows setup starting)
windows can choose drive where u can install it but wait dont install quickly try to click advance option then format drive in the list
reboot computer and you will done
concern or brick computer just press f8 while booting >choose start windows normaly and done
