actually para win win solution yan on both sides. mahigpit sa country nila pagdating sa internet use. satin naman. madamot ang mga ISP! lalu na si globe. usong uso ang bottlenecking, data capping and since they have monopoly on things basically speaking its legal for them to..... do things. unimaginable

So your saying that they can legally can do things is because the goverment allows them, but of course the goverment wouldn't just give them the power out of the goodness of their heart...
