❓ Help B315s-936 openline/full admin/etc.

Apparently I need to openline my 936 to use another network so to speak, I'm just a beginner in this things so I want to seek the help of others. Please note that this will also be used for education purposes and kinda want to start fiddling starting from this, please do not give simply give just hints or something, really need to do this.
