Your SAMSUNG phone must be rooted. Extract the file to get the apk file. Push the app to /system/app. Then change the permission to rw-r-r. Then reboot your phone. Or simply flash the file on your custom recovery.

Make a backup of your ROM. Or copy your current samsung sans apk and save it on your ext sd card. Im not responsible if something bad happens. Tested on my galaxy grand prime smg530h and galaxy tab A6 sm t285.
