✍️ Arts/Lit Need tips for buying ink pens

Eyy guys, I'm a student na editorial cartoonist sa school and lately may naririnig akong mga #inktober sa mga art pages (Hello ALPH!) and I want to join and practice my inking/shading skillz. So can you please guide me on what ink pens/ pencils/ ink do I have to buy? Wala po akong kaid-idea e ;-; thanks in adv sa mga sasagot \^_^/
