Status 200 OK! ~ needs either buggy payload or remote proxy

Status 407 proxy authentication needed ~ needs myproxy.id squid & 403 format

Status 403 forbidden ~ needs front inject & any request method except CONNECT

Status 503 ~ Needs ecuador or japan based hostname & raw option
