ang practical faith ay bunga ng saving faith... just study the bible... and study who is the recipient of the letter of james... it is not for the unbeliever but for the believer who are scattered abroad due to persecution. james wants to exhort believers to prove their faith is not dead by doing good works even if they are far from their home church which is in Jerusalem.

Understood na dun sa mga verses sa thread ko na kaya gumagawa yung mga lingkod ng Dios dahil sa pananampalataya at pag-ibig, Yung sinabi mo na "but works cannot saved without faith!" Di naman yan ang thread topic ko, na palabasin na only work without faith can save, malinaw naman sa thread ko, at sinang-ayunan mo na nga dito sa sagot mo("i agree that faith without works is dead").

Yeah,kailangan ng pananampalataya sa Diyos pero samahan ng paggawa ng mabuti.Di bale nang walang relihiyon basta naniniwala ka sa bibliya at Diyos na may kalakip na mabuting gawa.

i agree with this, your are not saved by doing good works, cause if that is the case salvation is not of grace anymore. Eph. 2:8 is very clear with this. Good works are fruit of that genuine faith which our Lord Jesus Christ gave from the foundation of the world.

So you see, faith by itself isn't enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.
In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
