Windows 10 Taskbar ayaw mag response... If mag response mabagal naman. Ayaw lumabas ng start window. Anyone know how to fix this?

try mo restart or pa update nalang din ng drivers or check O.S then check mo compatibility ng pc/laptop mo baka hindi kaya yung 10
