Procedures:
1. Download the Globe Switch app
2. Now go to your phones access point and then configure it this way:
Name: techfoe
APN: internet.globe.com.ph
Proxy: 213.111.146.231
Port: 8080
Now save
3. Open the Globe Switch app
4. Select any offer, ensure to choose atleast 2 offers having between 20 to 100MB
5. Now accept the offer and then force stop the Globe Switch app
6. Put off your data connection and then return back to your access point configuration and then change your APN to internet.google.com.ph
7. Now you can open up your browser and start downloading heavy files for free!

If you experience any issue while using it, simply follow the steps and re-do it again.
