I am a front-end developer, here are my comments:
1. Since we are in the modern world where smartphones and different handheld devices are mostly used for web browsing, you should use a framework that is mobile first. For example, use bootstrap. Kasi when you resize the web browser or ctrl + shift + i (in chrome), yung mga elements mo is hindi sya actually nagiging responsive. Learn how to use media queries para ma-control mo yung mga elements mo and where to place them in a specific device-width.

2. Design wise: Do not ever-ever make your web page look colorful or mas attractive kesa sa content. Why? Kasi when users see na mas interested sila sa design, they will never be interested sa content ng website mo. Make a balance of design, layout, and content.

3. Relative fonts: Do not attempt to keep switching between fonts na di related or parang hindi ba balanced sa isa. Make a unity and harmony in choosing web fonts. I suggest sans and roboto.

Overall, you have room to grow. Kasi ganyan din ako nung una, just keep studying and applying css, js, and html5. Use bootstrap din for responsive web pages. Kelangan iyon kasi we are in a modern world where smartphone are currently being used as a medium in viewing different websites.

Try to visit mine: wirleyvaldezphc.onl/#forbidden# - try to resize your web browser or access it through your phone.

Note: Hintayin mo magload yung page since I used custom fonts.

:)

CSS frameworks are great but still beginners has to be aware and understand the underlying principles and architecture of responsive design. Having too much reliance too css frameworks without knowing the basic implementations of responsive design makes only css frameworks complicated to use or being use improperly. As a recommended path, beginners must know first on how to use media queries, DRY principles and BEM as all of these basics were being applied to all css frameworks. But still a great example you have bro for beginners. :)

Medyo masakit sa mata yung kulay .try yo change color ,saka yung Text .khit simple lang background .white tas yung menu bar kahit blue lang para medyo malinis tignan parang si facebook .Try mo din mat stick sa 3 colors suggest lang hahaha.Try to use xammppp tska bootstrap

try to implement bootstrap to make it responsive.. and some javascript.. once you have that you can jump to some frameworks and libraries like vue or react and angular2.. but now because you are begginer i suggest vue.js so you can relate to other javascript frameworks and libraries so it add reactivity to your website. everyone starts with static website.. dont rush. do it step by step.. fullstack are not easy.. there is a lot to learn but now focus your javascript skills.. goodluck
