Ask ko lng po mga kasama bakit laging incorrect time and date ang computer everytime na ioopen... nagpalit na ako ng bagong CMOS battery still same problem. Salamat sa mga Tech na papansin

There are several possibilities.

1. Windows time is set to the wrong time-zone or wrong setting for Daylight Savings Time.
2. Windows Time Sync isn't working properly.
3. Windows might be out of date.

For both, click on the clock and choose "Adjust date and time settings..."

1. Time zone will be on the Date and Time tab, Make sure it is set correctly.

2. Click the "Internet Time" tab. Is it set up to synchronize the time with time.windows.com? If it is, Click on the Change Settings button and try changing to say, time.nist.gov , save the settings and click OK. Restart to see if that fixes your problem. If it isn't selected already, try selecting time.windows.com. and then clicking OK and restarting.

Hello po ts. Ganda po ng suggestion ni Axell33. Well, if hindi pa rin po gumana sa inyo, please see the following below for your guidance.

Battery
  • If yes, please make sure that the battery is making contact with the socket correctly. Pwede niyo po itong kunin at ibalik ulit sa socket
  • If no, please test it. Kung confident ka po with your battery then fine.
BIOS
  • Nag.Flash po ba kayo ng BIOS?
  • If yes, naku lagot.
  • If no, please don't
  • Please also check with gateway for update to address that problem.

ToSir Axell, nagawa ko na po yan naselect ko na Taipie for timezone since magkatulad lng ang oras sa taiwan at pilipinas.. napapalitan ko cya but kaag nagshutdown na ako ng computer at binuhay ko ulet after an our ganun na ulet on startup screen there is a message press F1 to continue Press DEL to enter setup.

Sir Venison nagawa ko na pong linisin ung CMOS battery slot im 100% sure na may contact both + and - polarity.. and also i used brand new CMOS battery..

  • Your computer's working fine and you're only having problem on the system time and date, tama po ba?
May protection po ba kayo for power surge?

anong OS gamit mo?

CMOS Battery problem i think..
Baka sira din new CMOS Battery kasi.

Try discharge ... Press multiple times power button bago isaksak sa outlet.

Try also to test using other psu..

Sana makatulong..

baka sir corrupted or may problema ang bios o grounded yung mobo kaya lagi nakokorupt yung bios sir...

try mo sir palitan charger if may spare ka sir or isak sak mo yung charger sa ibang socket or gumamit ka ng avr para matest everytime na iseset mo yung time then shutdown and replug yung adapter sa socket within minute of disconnection.
