Hindi naman applicable yan sa wireless internets dahil sattelite ang gamit. Para sa wired connections lang yan.

no I guess you misconceive the statement,

if you're referring to sattelite access sa outer space I bet di tayo dun kumukuha ng signal pang broadcast ang mga yun, iba sa mga data signal iba ang medium nila. At one point yes not applicable sa wireless connections but remember that ISPs get wired connections from foreign providers and distribute it wirelessly,

if sa dish na man sa bahay or sa brodband na man , sa ISP natin yun di tayo direct sa foreign providers

Wired connections are costly pero reliable, on the contrary, wireless got less cost but not so reliable
