So, the first thing na dapat mong gawin ay ilagay mo tong email mo sa settings ng fb po.. and confirm it through email.. then so on and so forth.. may pop up procedures naman so use your brain carefully nalang para magsuccess.. patience lang yan tol hehe

Disassociate. Means i remove mo muna sa fb mo yung PHC. Then bumalik ka dito sa phc tapos associate mo ulit.
