🔒 Closed High and low ping

Hello guys..just asking a little bit question to all who know the answer..
Why other shadowsocks server listed low ping.
Like this photo below...

but when i try to test it. It fluctuate to more than 300ms.

Depends sa signal stength mo. Also if nasa China ka (where they based their pingtest sa connection) same ang result. Pero nasa pinas ka. Kaya yung latency mataas.

Location + Server = Low Ping meaning pag ph server gamit mo at nsa Ph Low Ping
