Try mo defrag hdisk mo..sometime defragmentation will do.. Try mo din renove young bagong install mo na cleanner.. Baka yun ang my pakana.. Kung ayaw patin format mo na..

Maybe your pc is re-cacheing those lost registry that was cleaned. Depending on your processor and RAM, it may take awhile until everything is accounted for. Or, if you made backup of your registry before cleaning try restoring it and see if it resolves.

try to defragment your disk.
check for bad sector.
