mga boss. may error na lumabas sakin.. ito yun oh : "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped". lahat na natry ko pati ang factory reset pero hindi padin nawawala parating nalabas every second. please help. thank you in advance

Naireset mo na pala, sigurado na nareset na ang cache niyan at data ng phone apps,
try mo naman ireset ang cache ng sim toolkit under setting, apps...

para makasure ka na hindi sa sim toolkit mo, try to use other sim when you format it...

last option na ang flashing, at mas safe ang smart switch to do backup at malaman mo kung anong firmware ang dapat diyan...
