Following Alerts & Email

Added a new feature called "Following Alerts and Email."
Basically, it allows you to add alert functionality for the members you follow so that you can receive a notification or email if that member:

• create new thread/s

Now, for those members you're already following, you should go to the People You Follow page and then configure each alert preference.

This new feature is really great!When i was a new member here, i thought there's already such thing like this but nevermind there it goes, im enjoying being here in PHC! Thanks for this admin! I hope i could be one of those staffs who embellished and really improves this community!
