There's a bug in Globe Switch, I can browse and download anywhere and anytime I want to, Just click data savings mode, then redeem and offer then off the globe switch. This tutorial is for those free data user that only rely on freenet, you can use this once you're config or load is expired using this you can download another config and reconnect
