2.Download the prx file
3.Open postern
4.Go to upper left corner click the 3 line.
5. Import file Browse the prx file
6.Vpn on.
Try manual setting:
1.Open Postern
2.Go to upper left corner click the 3 line
3. Go to Proxy Add proxy (see manual setting) Save
4. Go to Rule Add Rule
5. Match all Proxy/Tunnel Choose your designated Proxy. Save
6. Vpn On.
