di na kasi gumagana yung i5 ko mga 1 month ko palang nagamit tapus na nag open ako ulit di na sya nag ON. yung fan nya umiikot tas namamatay. ano po kaya ang problem nya pahelp naman po. thanks in advance po

Eto unang troubleshooting dyan..
1. Unplug the charger and remove the battery. Remove all external peripherals (USB devices, etc.)
2. Press and hold the power button for at least 30 secs.
3. Plug the charger only
4. Try to turn on.
5. Pag nag turn on sya normally, shut down mo ulit tapos balik mo na baterry.
6. Pag di gumana, balik ulit sa step 1, repeat at least 3 times.

Usually, cause nyan is residual power sa mobo .. To remove that, kelangan i-drain by removing the power source at pindutin ng matagal si power button.

If ever na hindi gagana yan, possible MOBO failure or RAM.

same troubleshooting sir .. di mo naman kasi inispecify kung ano yung gamit mo
1. Remove power cable, lahat ng external peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor, usb etc.)
2. press and hold power button for atleast 30 secs
3. Plug in the power cable only
4. Turn on the computer
5. Pag nag turn on normally, shutdown mo tapos kabit mo na lahat ng tinanggal mo kanina
6. Pag di gumana, balik ka sa step 1, repeat at least 3 times..
Pag di talaga gumana, either mobo or ram yan.

if ever ganun pa rin sir, remove mo yung RAM .. Tapos try to turn on the PC, pag nag on sya at di namatay ng kusa, off mo ulit pc then balik mo RAM .. Pag ayaw pa rin, lipat mo slot .. Pag ayaw talaga may tama yang ram mo or RAM slot ng mobo..

1. linisin mo loob ng desktop mo
2. reseat RAM , before mo ilagay ulit make sure malinis iyong RAM slot then nalinis mo ng eraser iyong ram pins.
3. reseat CPU, make sure na maganda pagkakalagay and sapat at tama pagkakalagay mo ng thermal paste
4. check PSU, pano mag check ? gamit ka ng Paperclip para iground iyong PSU ... or check sa other PC.
5. Reset CMOS.
6. discharge mo desktop. unplug mo desktop sa wall outlet then pindutin mo ng maraming beses iyong power button.
