The ping speed depends on the distance from you and the network/computer you are trying to reach and also the quality of the connection. If the destination is your local server, you can get <1ms ping time. I have never seen a 0ms ping time, but that might just be me. So, if you want a 0ms ping time, you can try and move close to the network

pag pining mo nga host mo using ping 127.0.0.1 eh 1ms.. impossible yan.. pentagon server has 3ms ping

tama yang definition mo boss eksakto,, pero sa lawak ng info na makukuha sa net maaring iba iba tayo ng nababasa. di ko na lang matandaan ano site ko nabasa yun pero hindi imposible yan kagaya ng sinasabi mo po, thanks!
