A book weighing 1.5 kg moves at a constant velocity along a horizontal surface having a coefficient of friction of 0.25 . What is the Work done on the book if it moved at a distance of 1.0 m?

Given :
m = 1.5kg
S = 1.0 m
u= 0.25

Required : W=?
 
constant velocity = zero acceleration ,so the only F left is the F applied by the friction (theoretically). In order for work to be done, you need to overcome the F applied by the friction.

Workmin = Workuf = 0.375 J
Workpos = >Workuf = >0.375 J

Feeling ko mali to..hahaha bahala kana d'yan ts.
