..actually, , sa throttling, , automatic ma-trigger sa system ng telcos pagnapansin nila na heavy down/up stream ka, tayo... kaya yun blocked instantly ..if there's a way na maalis sa paningin nila yung ip for sure, , masabe mo na safe kana sa deathrow
