You mean "unfortunately, (name of app) has stopped" then the app won't start again even if you tap on it from your menu. You need to restart your phone to launch the app again.

I experienced the same thing with my other android phone (jellybean). It's either the app is not compatible with the unit or that the phone memory can't keep up with the app - not that sure.
