the trick 2. the remote proxy ip is already dead. if you put it in a handler. the data packets will stop at 5-10mb after consuming the allocation given by psiphon. it was a proxy from 2016. and will only work on bug IP. but it's not the same time anymore. telcos are upgraded so stop spreading false info.
