today i found on my operator vodafone if i change apn to a prepaiid card apn i cant open any page or do anything but messenger is working i can send and receive messeges can i tunnel the traffic of the messenger so i can have full internet access ? can i do it with a shadowsocks proxy ?

Maybe it is working through your apn sir --
But you can't Tunnel whole device without VPN apps.

You can use them as Payload.
