uninstall mo yung isa pang app na may handler. mostly di pwede pagsabayin na nakainstall yung dalawa. kaya uninstall mo sya. then install si psiphon. pwede rin maging rason ang pagging corrupt sa file ng apk. baka di maayos pagkadownload.

Exactly. Baka nga may naka-install syang Psiphon halder or any modded Psiphon app. Try mo din reboot then install mo ulit.
