Hello..

Hanap ka po ng "keyboard test" app yun. Then look for virtual keyboard for the mean time. All Windows platform meron nun pre-installed.

water damage or what pwede mong tanggalin yung kenter key check mo kung may nakabara sa loob baka madumi lang

If desktop: Use numpad "enter" key instead if you have one, because usually this is hardware malfunction caused by foreign objects inside. You can attempt to clean if you want, search google.

If laptop: Use on-screen keyboard.
