Anu po sira kapag nag hahang ang pc? Mataas naman specs

Check mo ang ddr ng pc mo o di kaya ang Processor nito ,dagdagan mo ng termal paste

Sa software side, try niyo po tignan ang task manager, tapos pakitignan kung may process na malakas kumain ng memory.

What program/s do you usually run that it causes hang?

There are several reasons and here are some:
1. Insufficient RAM: Caused my the limitation itself compared to the demand, or caused by a program that consumes more RAM than intended. (background apps/programs)
2. Overheating.
3. Virus or malware.
4. Kernel issues.
