Ts, kulang ka lang ng assign command.

Ganito full procedure.
  1. diskpart
  2. lis dis
  3. sel dis <drive number>
  4. clean
  5. cre par pri
  6. act
  7. format fs=ntfs (optional ang quick)
  8. assign

uu tapos g format fs=ntfs di ko na mark as active kasi na close a g cmd tapos di na makita sa my comp ang usb pero nakikita sa disk mngt kaso walang storage no media nakalagay

  1. . Open Command Prompt > Type: diskpart and hit Enter;
  2. 2. Type:chkdsk h: /f (replace h with a drive letter of your hard dive or removable device) in diskpart and hit Enter;
  3. 3. Type: chkdsk h: /r (replace h with a drive letter of your hard dive or removable device) and hit Enter;
  4. 4. Type: exit and hit Enter to finish the process.
  5. 5. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories;
  6. 6. Click System Tools > System Restore;
  7. 7. Sign in your administrator password to confirm the system restore process;
