🔒 Closed Can't upload any file.

Hi. I just want to ask anyone for help please. I can't upload any file on chrome. And everytime I try, it always says "Can't proceed to previous operation due to low memory."
I still have 4GB internal storage available. Then I tried to clear data all of the operations into it and deleted some big files but still nothing happened. What else could I do? Please help me out guys. Thank you in advance.

Cp lg naman yong ipapalit, co-mod, hindi sim. Hahaha. At chaka wala namang magagalit, pramis yan. Hahaha.
