Guide :

Open SSCap 3.7

1. Add new shadowsocks server.
2. Then fill up the form.

Server ip : 139.59.116.142
Server port : 443
Server password : RFU7y8MtLMU330TLLuH
Method : AES-256-CFB
Remarks : ANY

1. Then Activate Selection.
2. Open SoftEther VPN Client Server.
3. Go to VPN Gate Public VPN Relays Servers.
4. Proxy Settings.
5. Proxy Type : Connect via HTTP Proxy Server
6. Proxy Server connection settings :

Hostname : 127.0.0.1
Port : 25378
Press OK.

Select any DDNS Hostname with fastest line speed.
Then Click Connect the the VPN Server
