1. Search “PingTools” in Google Play Store, download and install
2. Open PingTools，tap the top left icon.
3. Select “Ping”
4. Ask for IP from our GM, input this IP and click PING and send us the screenshots of all the result with your server ID, Network Operator and Country.
5. Select “Traceroute” and click setting in the top right and set up like this:
6. The most important thing is: use the ip which we give to you, input this IP and click “TRACE” and send us the screenshots of all the result with your server ID, Network Operator and Country.
7. The last thing: please tap the top right icon, and choose Mode：ICMP
and tick "the do not resolve host names" in the end.
