❓ Help Question on lost established status.

Hello sa lahat, as the title says nawala po yung pagiging established ko due to negligence sa pagpopost ng minimum. Tanong ko lang po, do I need to go back to square 1 (posting at least 30 contents) to recieve an Established status again? Thanks and more power mga ka-PhC.
