Laptop graphics processor is integrated in the motherboard almost 99% of the time, so its really unrealistic to gamble and replace it for an untested performance. If you want some descent gaming from that spec try some android games instead, install android emulators blustacks or memu or koh player and have fun playing android games in your laptop.
