I have a Huawei B315s -936 router BUT cant connect PSN4 to PSN. NEED HELP!

The error i keep getting is (ws-37397-9) :(

I've researched online all the steps for port forwarding, DNS, and all. It connected for one day but then once i turned my ps4 off the next day i couldnt connect. So something is definitely wrong. Has anyone dealt with this dilemma aswell?
