🔒 Closed Com surrogate problem

Hello po! Nasira kasi laptop ko so gamit ko now ay pc lang kaya ngayon ko lang po napansin, windows 7 ultimate.. bakit po ayaw magplay ng mga media or even sa pagtingin po ng pics, sabi com surrogate has stopped. Patulong naman po. Pinalitan ko na rin po yung OS na yung nandito na kay Daz na windows loader and pati po yung sp1 sa codec. HUHU patulong naman po hindi po kasi ako makapanuod ng video dito sa pc e.

Hindi po ako magaling dito so I badly need your help. HUHU
