Speed test results depends on server which is choosen by speed testing app or web
If server chosen is hosted on isp network then it gives much more speed i mean max speed its tries to reach

If server is from outside network of isp it will be less.

So basically speed depends on the server which we browse till speed is cap.
After it only internal server can ping it till its death to full speed.

There is no use of checking speed unless u r trying to find isp server which pings like bullet and gives lighting speed
