We can't have a stable low ping due to some factors such as the distance of the proxy server to the host server. The traffic of your network provider, if its peak time we should expect low latency and vice versa. Also, the ssh server if its congested. So basically, using freeNet will never rely on low ping status over the server on which it is/was connected.
