Hello all,

I'm playing MOBA on my android and I want to sync my account to another device, an iPhone. I tried logging in to my bound account in FB and VK but it keeps saying "The account of this social platform has not been bound to a game. Cannot switch. Please try again."

I checked my MOBA in my android and it's perfectly bound. Please help, how do I fix this?
