BTW, ok naman yung speed. I can watch youtube in 480p w/o buffering. Pero sa 720p nagbu-buff eh.

Sa mga Ka-PHC natin, change servers lang kayo sa rules, depende rin kasi ata sa location yung speed eh. May certain speed lang na mabilis sa akin.
