🔒 Closed Wrong time between browser and pc

Good day mga ka PHC!
So eto na nga problema ko
Tama ang oras ko sa phone and sa pc(miliseconds lang ang difference) pero pagdating sa browser like Twitter at IG mali. Ahead ng 15hours. Example nagpost ako ngayon, pero ang lalabas is 15hours ago. Ano kayang problema? Thankyouuu! God bless us!
