Instead of turning on and off the mobile data connection of your android phone. Try turning on/off the flight mode instead.
Explanation of my observation:
As what I had observed for nonrooted phone. When using mobile data on/off trick, the IP Proxy remains the same unlike flight mode on/off, the IP Proxy changes.
It is a concept from IP Hunter. My problem of using IP hunter is that you can't test the changed IP Proxy if working.
