🔒 Closed Unidentified network on windows 8.1 ethernet cable

need help po sa pc ko hp po windows 8.1 sa modem ko po kasi yung ethernet niya hindi maka connect 936 po modem ko,at working naman po nung naka raang araw gamit ethernet cable,unknown ip daw pag nag trouble shoot,tulong naman po sa mnga may alam

mskaka ping ka ba sa example 192.168.1.1 o depende sa ip mo.. baka nga may piblema sa cable mo o kaya drivers mo
